Smart Exam is a PHP based powerful tool for Online Exam Management System. PHP based Online Exam Portal has a unique solution for conduct Online Exams for Educational Institutions, Training Center and any academic related educational business. Admin can view total no. exams, questions, and easy navigation through dashboard. Admin can publish exam result from result option or set auto result to student’s mail. Admin can set start & ending time of exam and enable or disable existing exams. Admin/ Staff can add questions with multiple questions and their answers. Also, bulk questions upload available for large no. of questions through excel file. Admin can check status of existing exams. Admin can add new exams and set questions from question bank. Admin can activate/ deactivate the exams.

Smart Exam Admin/ Student can login using valid username and password. User can reset their own password through regd. Email address. Admin can set their own institute’s logo and name of institute. Student will get lists of exams with details (subject, marks, time etc.). Student can attempt exams as per availability (daily, weekly monthly). Student will attend online exams. Student can easily switch between subjects, during exam student cannot use keyboard, mouse right click. All questions will be shown randomly. This module will manage paid/ unpaid students, and it will send remainder SMS for due fee before due date. Through Online Payment Gateway, students or their parents can pay fees directly through credit/ debit cards. Student can take registration directly through your website and can pay registration amount online. Student will get alert related to new jobs vacancies, important exam dates, batch time, holidays etc.
