This is not related to any framework and works natively, to add chips/money to your framework/game mode, perform two functions named tryTakeChips and giveChips at the top of sv_blackjack.lua
Currently there is no splitting or doubling, this may happen in the future
You will need the interior of Diamond Casino - maybe it is somewhere on the forums, I do not know if I am allowed to link to the one I used, but just find "diamond casino fivem" on youtube. The download link is in the description of the first video.
