Juniper Networks has released the first security recommendations in 2023, which cover more than 230 vulnerabilities fixed in the network giant's line of solutions.
The 32 recommendations published by the company include more than 230 vulnerabilities, about 200 of which affect third-party components.
3 bulletins have an overall critical severity rating, describing vulnerabilities affecting third-party components. 12 recommendations have a rating of high severity, and nine — average.
The manufacturer has fixed about 20 vulnerabilities in the Junos OS. All of them can be used for DoS-type attacks, and most of them can be used by attackers who are not authenticated and have network access to the target device.
Juniper Networks reports that there is no information regarding the exploitation of any of these vulnerabilities in real attacks. However, customers and users should familiarize themselves with Juniper's recommendations and take the necessary measures.
